Important information
All speakers are requested to strictly adhere to the allotted time so that other speakers get an equal opportunity to speak for their allotted time. The LCD projection will get disabled automatically once the allotted time is exceeded.
All talks will be for 10 minutes unless specified otherwise. Time for discussion will be at the end of the session.
There will be two podiums in each hall. As one speaker starts his presentation from one podium, the next speaker in the program should immediately prepare himself at the other podium to avoid wastage of time.
Personal laptops will not be permitted on the podium & speakers must provide the presentations on CD/ pen drive to the audiovisual coordinators at least 2 hours before the session starts.
Chairpersons, moderators & conveners of all sessions are requested to ensure all sessions begin punctually & lectures are completed in the allotted time. No session will be allowed to carry on beyond allotted time.
Lucky Draw Bonanza: Attractive gifts will be given away in a lucky draw held randomly during each scientific session for which all registered delegates will be eligible if present in the hall at the time of the draw.
